Due to the negative effect Windows Vista has had on many people, Windows is striking back with Windows 7. A updated software made to work smoother with less bumps than Windows Vista.
Windows realized that Vista owners were alienating the Windows products for the Macintosh by Apple. Windows 7 was previewed recently and will have a test model coming out in early next year. Windows 7 will be user friendly with different Task-bar to preview all open windows by hovering icons. Windows 7 will be faster and more efficient than Windows Vista.
I believe if Windows 7 is what it is said to be it will bring back the Windows customers. Do you feel if Windows can make up for Vista's problems will it attract the customers back?

Yeah. I think if Microsoft can make vista run like a dream their customers may come back to them from Apple.
NO I DONT, I THINK THAT WINDOWS SCREWED ITSELF OVER WITH VISTA. as far as i'm concerned, thats what they get. i dont think customers will be willing to spend more money on their product to trust them again.
Maybe. I personally like Apple better but ya never know. I think it would be better for Microsoft to make Windows 7 but in the end I think Apple will still come out on top...but that's just me.
I think that if the new product is what it is supposed to be that Microsoft can make customers come back. I do think it will take a lot of work on the new product.
IMO, most of Vista's "problems" come from Apple's smear campaign, their "I'm a Mac" ads. Microsoft promised so much with the release of Vista, it left them vulnerable when they weren't able to fulfill their promises. This is evident in the "Mojave Experiment". Truth is, Vista is not nearly as bad as it's said to be, and if you've ever used it, you'd know that instantly.
That said, Windows 7 might be just what Microsoft needs to make it rain again.
I like apple better. But if Microsoft would fix. WAIT that will never happpen haha.
As early reviews of Windows 7 come in, it appears that Microsoft is getting a start at putting Vista behind it, the way the Coca-Cola Company did with New Coke. That's good news for Windows users -- and bad news for Apple, which has leveraged Microsoft's weakness to drive market gains.

If windows doen't make any huge mistakes on Windows 7, they could bring some more faithful customers back.
